There are moments when a process stops being an idea and becomes something real.
This is one of those moments.
Over the past few weeks, we began designing — out loud and with the community — the founding process of the first Regenerative Special District inside a real, operating jurisdiction: Próspera ZEDE, in Roatán, Honduras.
This is not another event. Not a conceptual experiment. It is the beginning of a new institutional layer — legal, digital, and governance-based — for regenerative development in Latin America and the world.
On May 18th we travel to Próspera. But before we get there, we have four weeks to think together.
Four sessions. Four questions that define the district.
We decided not to arrive at the sprint from zero. Every week, until May 15th, we are opening a virtual conversation with the entire global regenerative community. No cost, no filter, no closed agenda.
Each session holds a foundational question. And every collective answer will feed what gets built in Próspera.
April 24 — Regenerative Culture
What does it mean to be regenerative? What are our values? How do we see ourselves in 2030 and in 2050?
Before any legal structure or financial model, there is a more important question: where are we building from. What is the worldview we want to embody. What kind of civilization we are trying to create.
This session opens the process from that place.
May 1 — Governance
How do we make collective decisions? How do we resolve conflicts? How do we measure real impact and allocate capital?
Governance is what makes a district last. Not the legal structure, not the capital — the capacity to coordinate fairly among people with different interests. This week we work through the mechanisms that will define how the district operates from within.
May 8 — Regenerative Market
What is the regenerative market? What assets are regenerative, how do we measure them, and what is their projection?
There is capital searching for regenerative projects all over the world. The problem is that the infrastructure to make them legible and investable still doesn’t exist at scale. In this session we explore what the regenerative market produces, how it is valued, and how it connects with global capital.
May 15 — Legal Framework
What requirements do we need to meet to create a Regenerative District in Próspera? What benefits would having this legal structure bring?
Próspera offers a one-of-a-kind legal framework in the world: English common law, direct international banking, and §11.09 — the instrument that allows the creation of Special Districts with their own governance, rules, and economy. In this final pre-sprint session, we explore what having that structure up and running actually means.
All sessions are published on our Luma calendar. Subscribe and you’ll receive each event as we confirm them: 👉 luma.com/regendistrict
If you can’t travel, you can still be part of it.
The Regen District isn’t built by the core team alone. We build it together.
If you want to contribute to the founding process but can’t be in Próspera in May, there is a concrete way to join: with a minimum contribution of USD 100, you are directly funding the team to get to Próspera and carry out the sprint that gives birth to the district.
This is not an abstract donation. It’s funding the travel, the accommodation, the days of intensive work that will produce the first pre-establishment agreement of the Regen District, the design of the institutional architecture — culture, governance, business model, legal framework — and the deliverables that turn the vision into something real and signed.
Every contribution counts. Write to us by DM or email and we’ll coordinate in whatever way works best for you:

Does your organization want to be a Co-Founder of the District?
We are also inviting three selected organizations to become Founding Strategic Partners of the first Regenerative Special District in Próspera.
This is not an event sponsorship. It’s having a seat at the design table — with voice and vote in the central decisions around governance, capital coordination, and the district’s architecture — from day one.
Organizations that join now will have foundational recognition in the district’s constitutional documents, presence across all sprint communications and outcomes, direct access to the core team shaping the district’s legal, institutional, and economic architecture, a dedicated session to present their vision to a curated group of ecosystem founders and builders, active exploration of integrating their infrastructure, products, or strategic priorities into the district’s emerging stack, and early positioning in an initiative designed to become a global reference for regenerative districts in LATAM.
Founding sponsorship: USD 10,000.
There are only three spots. If your organization wants to explore this, let’s schedule a short call:

See you on April 24th.
