Founding Sprint of The Regen District
On May in Roatán, Honduras, a founding team will gather to help establish the first Regenerative District inside Próspera’s Special District framework.
This is not a conference. It is a founding sprint to co-design the legal, economic, and governance architecture needed to unlock international capital for regenerative development across Latin America.
We’ll be building the foundations for:
dual-jurisdiction structuring,
regenerative governance,
new capital pathways,
and a district designed to make regeneration investable, legible, and scalable.
